Coming from the huge corporate accounting world, Lindsay wanted a big change and fell madly in love with cosmetology. She genuinely loves people—getting to spend her days talking to and hanging out with people is a dream come true for her. Her hair strengths include cutting bangs and shags! Lindsay shares her passion for education by leading all new Virtue hairdressers through the apprenticeship and by teaching as a member of our in-house education team, LevelHead Collective.

Out-of-this-world vivid color expert, Kelby strives to promote open communication on a daily basis-- there’s no such thing as a stranger to her! Coming from a PR and marketing background, she handles the marketing + social media at the salon! She loves learning by staying up to date with the latest hair trends, and through her favorite educational classes at Virtue, like Smith & Davis. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll catch her hanging out with her family + taking too many pictures of her sons.

Skyler joined the team at Virtue in 2019 and never looked back. She loves chatting with & getting to know her guests and her coworkers. Skyler loves all kinds of haircutting, but she really loves when her guests ask her to give them a killer shag haircut. Her other hair passions include working with wavy hair and applying a classic all-over or retouch color. With over 10 years of experience behind the chair and countless further education credits, there's no question that Saralee is an accomplished hairdresser. Not only is she amazing with balayage highlights and razor cuts for her guests--she is a team player that loves the collaborative atmosphere at Virtue. We love her back for her awesome organizational skills behind the scenes of the salon as well as her great listening skills that make her an awesome team member and problem solver.

A member of the Virtue team since 2021, Ava is already a star behind the chair. Her natural knack for self-expression & her creative personality shine through her artistic haircuts and brilliant blonding skills. Her favorite things about Virtue are the culture and people-including those on her team and those in her chair. Outside of work, she likes to spend her time digging up thrift gems, spending time with her family and partner, and walking around local parks.

Lillian first heard about Virtue from a team visit to her cosmetology class. Now a member of the team herself, she really values having the community of hairdressers to support her as she grows her technique behind the chair. Lillian loves when her guests ask her to change it up! Her favorite styles she’s done for her guests in the past include dimensional color, line cuts, and mullets. Outside of the salon, Lillian likes to fuel her artistic spirit with painting, interior decorating, self-care, and time with family + friends.

With 12 years of experience, Shannon is a true haircutting expert and industry educator, dedicated to bringing each client a unique & elevated experience. Trained by some of the most influential names in hair, including Vidal Sassoon, Shannon’s skill set is grounded in a deep knowledge of advanced techniques and creativity. She has a special passion for short hair, shags, mullets, and razor cuts, as well as bold color applications, hand-painted highlights, and block color transformations. Shannon’s connection with her guests goes beyond just the in-salon service—she creates trust and low-maintenance, “wow-factor” looks that fit perfectly into their daily routines. Drawn to Virtue for the creativity, openness, and strong focus on ongoing education, she finds joy in every opportunity to grow and inspire within the salon. Beyond the chair, Shannon spends her free time with her family, her husband, and their beloved baby dachshunds as well as hunting for treasures in local antique and thrift shops.

She loves experiencing a variety of people in her chair, including walks of life as well as hair styles, types, & textures. Her favorite services include cutting short hair, dimensional brunette colors, and big transformations. When she's not behind the chair, she loves to spend time with her son or settle in for a nice meal.

Kenna is music-obsessed, an excellent listener, and wise beyond her years. She gives an amazing consultation where she will ask you plenty of questions to make sure she has a true understanding of your hair goals. The questions & conversation don't stop there—Kenna loves to learn more about her guests when they visit her. She considers exchanging empathy to be one of her passions in life. Her dream services include lived-in blond & brunette colors, any timeless 70s-style haircut shape, and plenty of natural curls and waves.

Evelyn is passionate about blonding & special event services! She is an expert at making all of her clients feel comfortable and welcome whether they are in for a short consultation, a haircut, and updo, or a 4-hour transformational blonding service. She is very expressive & dynamic, she is fluent in Spanish, and she enjoys hanging out around Columbus.

As a Columbus transplant, Ariel was excited to join the team at Virtue thanks to our culture of taking care of people as well as the planet. She loves to create lived-in & dimensional hair color looks for blondes and brunettes alike. Besides delivering killer haircuts and colors, Ariel loves to entertain and chat with her guests and the team. On her own time, she likes to socialize and try new cuisines.

Eileen joined the team ready to get her hands in some curly hair. As a curly girl herself, she has a huge passion for helping others with curly hair grow their hair confidence and craft a customized hair routine. She also loves treating her guests to a blowout when they're in the mood for something fresh. Outside of the salon, she spends time working as a florist, making treats at home, and book shopping.tion goes here

Rachel found herself drawn to doing hair for as long as she could remember, so she attended cosmetology school and applied to Virtue as soon as she could. Some of her favorite services include creating vibrant coppers, shaggy cuts, pixies and embracing wavy textures. Fun fact: this girl knows and LOVES her music—she could talk for hours about her favorite bands. If you want to try something new and have a super fun conversation to ease your nerves about the change, Rachel is the one for you.

She was drawn to Virtue by its positive energy and commitment to making a difference, which aligns with her own values. She is a self-proclaimed authenticity enthusiast and loves helping others feel more like themselves through her work. Outside of the salon, Olivia enjoys reworking clothes, exploring new food spots, and immersing herself in nature.

Yazmine loves spending her days cutting and coloring hair, but the cherry on top is her stunning blowout that she finishes each service with. Drawn to Virtue by its vibrant atmosphere and the freedom to express individuality, she thrives in a setting where fun and authenticity are celebrated. (Spoiler alert: Yazmine is hilarious) Outside of work, Yazmine enjoys sunbathing, swimming, and working out. She finds joy in moments of relaxation and adventure, often spending time with her fiancé, friends, or sister.

Known for his easygoing personality and attention to detail, Brady is all about creating styles that look & feel great beyond the salon. His guests love his fun energy and conversational style, whether they’re chatting pop culture, catching a laugh, or just relaxing. Outside of work, Brady enjoys gaming, live wrestling shows, and spending time with his brother.
